Matt Lucas promoted to CSM's new development and leasing manager

MINNEAPOLIS – JULY 16, 2009 – CSM Corporation announced today that Matt Lucas has been promoted to the role of development and leasing manager. Since starting with CSM in 2006, Lucas has played an integral role in the development of multiple industrial, office, retail, and hotel projects. In his new role with CSM, Lucas will continue to play an active role in the coordinating of commercial development projects and with the leasing of industrial, retail, and office spaces.

Lucas is a member of NAIOP and helped launch a mentorship program as a part of the NAIOP's national Developing Leaders Program. Under Lucas's and a fellow NAIOP member's leadership, this group facilitates professional interactions between senior real estate leaders and emerging real estate associates under the age of 35. Lucas also co-founded, and now chairs, the Emerging Broker's Group for MNCAR, which organizes educational sessions and arranges industry networking events. Recently, the group organized a bowling event that raised $6,000 for their charity, Camp Heartland.
