September 25, 2009 - The Minnesota Multi-Housing Association held its 14th annual MADACS awards gala at The Depot Minneapolis, a Renaissance Hotel. MADACS awards honor achievement in design, advertising and community support among multi-housing properties in the state of Minnesota.

CSM Corporation and its multi-housing properties were recognized with multiple nominations, including three team awards as well as individual advertising, managing, caretaking, maintenance and community service awards. Kelly Ahrens, assistant manager at the Minnetonka Hill apartments, was awarded the MADACS award for best assistant manager. Her outstanding achievement in resident satisfaction, financial performance, and the overall success of her property earned her the win.
