CSM Corporation is excited to announce the return of John Ferrier as Vice President, Architecture and Development Services. A highly respected leader with nearly 30 years of experience, John will oversee strategic direction for project design, feasibility analysis, business development, and development entitlements.
John’s career spans a broad range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, residential, hospitality, and retail. Having previously spent 17 years at CSM before serving as President of Architecture at Doran Companies, John returns to lead the Architecture and Development Services teams with a renewed focus on innovation and excellence. His extensive credentials—including licensure as an architect, LEED accreditation, and NCARB certification—underscore his expertise in delivering high-impact, award-winning projects.
Beyond his professional achievements, John is dedicated to giving back, supporting organizations like Retrieve a Golden of the Midwest (RAGOM), and volunteering at Ronald McDonald House.
