A seasoned hospitality leader with over 30 years of experience, Patrick will oversee strategic leadership and operational excellence across CSM’s lodging and residential portfolios.
Throughout his career, Patrick has worked with more than 25 hotel brands, leading teams in full-service, select-service, extended-stay, and lifestyle properties across 30 states. His executive leadership roles at companies such as Peachtree Hospitality Management, Wischermann Partners, and TPG Hotels & Resorts have shaped his expertise in driving growth and operational performance.
Patrick’s leadership philosophy centers on accountability, collaboration, and celebrating the success of others. A Minnesota native, he is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting organizations like Feed My Starving Children and Ronald McDonald House.
