Brad Kittleson
Vice President of Commercial Properties
As Vice President of Commercial Properties, Brad brings his insight and expertise to a wide variety of company initiatives.
For more than 35 years, Brad has been an integral part of the CSM success story. He has created and implemented strategic business plans while leading the Residential and Commercial Property Management teams, as well as ProTech, CSM’s in-house maintenance, and construction division. In the early 1990’s, Brad launched CSM’s advancement in hotel acquisition and management. As a member of corporate leadership, he has spearheaded numerous company initiatives while serving on the strategic committees of Corporate Planning, Global Accounting, Property Acquisition, Lease Review and Financial Analysis, as well as committees responsible for development, design and construction of properties, asset management, human resources, employee training and I.T. initiatives.
Prior to joining CSM, Brad oversaw property management, renovations and repositioning for the Milwaukee-based Decade Companies. He studied public administration and park management at the University of Minnesota.
Brad has been a frequent program speaker and has served on the Board of Directors and numerous committees at the Building Owners and Managers Association, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, Institute of Real Estate Management and the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association.
Brad volunteers with River Valley Church in Apple Valley, MN, and Feed My Starving Children. He also co-chairs CSM Cares, which promotes employee involvement in charitable activities, resulting in CSM becoming one of the largest financial contributors to the Ronald McDonald House Upper Midwest.
