“My favorite CSM value is Embrace the Entrepreneurial Spirit. In order for CSM to sustain its success, everyone must have a growth mindset, embrace challenges and changes, and truly think like an owner. Serving in a dual role as the head of the family office, this value speaks to me on a personal level as well.”
