With a rich background in diverse portfolios and large markets, Eric has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in motivating, mentoring, and developing General Managers into top performers. His professional achievements include the successful opening of multiple hotels in prominent markets like New York City, Atlanta, and central New Jersey. Eric’s accolades extend to receiving numerous awards in categories such as RevPar, Guest Service, Leadership Excellence, and Community Service during his tenure as a General Manager.

Eric’s values of integrity, authenticity, and genuineness drive his actions both professionally and personally. Originally from Green Bay, WI, Eric currently resides in Milwaukee, WI, where he finds joy in hobbies such as golfing, boating, fishing, gardening, cooking, and traveling. In addition to his hobbies, he holds a profound dedication to philanthropy and charitable endeavors, having coordinated fundraising events for the Children’s Cancer Association, renovated and adopted a room in the Ronald McDonald House, and actively supports animal shelters and local community food banks alongside his wife.
