Vice President, Lodging Sales
As a Vice President of Lodging Sales, Erin oversees the sales for all 29 of CSM’s hotels located in the mid-west and east coast region. Her main responsibility is to drive revenue, sustain profitability and ensure that CSM hires, motivates and assists in leading the sales force. Erin prides herself in cultivating strong relationships not only with our key accounts but with our brand ambassadors and global partners.
Erin has over 15 years of hospitality management with extensive background in growing revenue, operations and sales deployment. These factors have allowed her to establish a comprehensive knowledge of extended stay sales, select service sales and promotions. She has a proven history in the ability to analyze financial data, create strategic sales plans and effectively communicate with internal and external audiences, all while achieving company goals.
Erin has two children and has been married for 20 years. She enjoys spending time on the lake and watching her children participate in their individual sports.
