Vice President of Revenue Management

Sandy is the Vice President of Revenue Management at CSM and oversees the lodging portfolio for the company. She leads her area of the business with a ‘total revenue’ maximization model and aligns with the sales and marketing teams to provide strategic direction in overall top-line growth and management for the company.

Sandy and her team of Revenue Managers are key behind-the-scenes players who specialize in working closely with the operations department to drive growth in all areas of the business. Having been in the hospitality business for over 25 years, Sandy’s skills span across many disciplines. She and her team focus on creating inter-departmental synergy and excellent systems knowledge which ultimately drive sales for the hotel. Sandy also believes strongly in a creative and forward-thinking mindset and cultivating a strong and effective company culture.

Before joining CSM, Sandy was with Sage Hospitality where she was the Director of Revenue for the iconic Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Chicago. During, and for many years after college, Sandy worked with White Lodging where she gained extensive experience including General Manager and Revenue Management.

Sandy earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Purdue University. She is a passionate advocate for animal welfare and an active member and volunteer at several local animal shelters. She is the proud owner of her two rescues, Theo and Louie.
